admin writes, "Republican candidate, College Trustee, Steve Fox, forged ahead of the “Runner machine” backed candidate, Steve Knight, today when the campaign committee finance reports were published. The reports showed Steve Fox raising $57,972.00 from 70 campaign contributors, while Steve Knight only raised $44,273.00 from 41 campaign contributors."

Steve Fox’s contributions came primarily from doctors, lawyers, teachers and the general public, while Knight’s contributions were mostly businesses who have a track record of donations to Senator George Runner.
This race is being seen as the Runner/Knight “Goliath” political machine being fought against by the “David- like” Steve Fox, College Trustee, using his sling shot.
Today Steve Fox said ”this time the “machine politicians” are wrong and the people’s choice is right”.
